The quickest option: delete in the app
Open Momora and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm the request to schedule permanent deletion for 15 days later.
During the 15-day grace period, you can return to Settings and select Cancel deletion. After the grace period, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What will be deleted?
- Your Momora account profile and authentication record.
- Your likes and comments.
- Files under your account that are not still used by a family journal.
If you own a family journal: scheduling deletion immediately hides every journal you own from its other members. Canceling within 15 days restores access. If you do not cancel, each owned journal and all of its memories, family profiles, memberships, invitations, photos, videos, portraits, illustrations, likes, and comments are permanently deleted.
If you do not own a family journal: memories or family profiles you added to another person's journal may remain as part of that shared family journal, but your account attribution is removed. The family owner or a manager can delete that content.
